pION INC & Woodbridge Scientific, LLC launch IndigoSAM™, a secure account manager software for the Rainbow Dynamic Dissolution Monitor® System for real-time dissolution monitoring.

For years, dissolution chemists have enjoyed the simplicity of using the UV-fiber optic Rainbow Dynamic Dissolution Monitor System to rapidly measure and evaluate the changing concentration of drug substances in conventional dissolution baths without the need for any liquid sampling. They’ve also been well served when developing dissolution methods outside the regulated environment by using the Indigo™ Command software.
In the regulated environment, with all its tight restrictions, the new IndigoSAM software allows flexibility and ease in method development while adhering to the strict requirements of data integrity and security during QC runs on pharmaceutical solid dosage forms.
Chemists can now import their easily developed and proven Indigo methods directly into IndigoSAM for use in Quality Control. The IndigoSAM includes these security tools:
